RATP is gradually installing the new “v4" gates to close access to the metro. In this context, the group was looking to modernise maintenance training of these new grids to do without physical models that are expensive and difficult to transport.

Solution

3D advice developed a serious game for mixed reality headset. The application Makes appear a full-size v4 grid in front of the learner and invites the learner to identify the differences with the V3 grid.

Features included:

Precise modeling of the grid and 3D animations
Sound environment and Voiceover
Fashion of intuitive selection (pointing to identify a difference)

Results

Thanks to this immersive solution, agents are now training in an engaging way without using an expensive model of the grid.
