Oculus Go application in health

Application of virtual reality to sensitize the general public on the importance of getting tested for colorectal cancer.

Designed and developed for the Roche pharmaceutical laboratory, this application was launched during “Blue March 2019” , cancer screening awareness month.

Compatible with mobile headset of VR Oculus Go , Roche teams organized events throughout France during which the general public could immerse in the app.

Through interactions in different virtual environments : a salon and a medical practice, the user is playfully sensitized to the importance of screening.

The choice of virtual reality support is relevant for Roche because it is necessary to involve and to impress users on a serious subject. On the other hand, this support makes possible to approach this public health subject lightly, not to alarm users.
